Mock cream

Gluten free, wholegrain, pumpkin dairy free scones with homemade jam and mock cream.  This mock cream was made with about a tablespoon of gluten free flour, half tbsp of butter, half cup of lactose free milk and two teaspoons of raw sugar.  Mix flour and butter together over heat, add sugar to saucepan and then slowly whisk in milk.  So good with butter and low lactose.
