Running low on oil and no eggs but craving chocolate and not willing to go to the shop yet, I made these delightful morsels.
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup gluten free flour
1 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup yogurt (instead of egg)
1 dessert spoon olive oil ( butter if you prefer melted)
Shape into biscuits and bake in moderate oven until ready. Will cheaply fix a chocolate craving.
