Hello Sweet Sorghum!

This week I bought myself some 'Sweet' white sorghum flour and some rice flour for my gluten free flour substitute.  So far I have found it to make a light but filling alternative to standard gluten free mixes.  It is not cheap but it is worth trying if you must be gluten free.  It made a very yummy potato, a little flour and olive oil topping for a little meat and mainly veg pie - delightful!
